The name OG-SAN combines “OG” (Original Gangster, a term for a pioneer) with the Japanese honorific “-san,” symbolizing respect. Inspired by the Japanese initiative Oji-san, which turned local elders into collectible card celebrities, this project reimagines the concept for the digital era.
Each OG-SAN card immortalizes a person, an era, a technology, or a milestone in crypto history. From early Counterparty tokens to the rise of Ethereum and the Rare Pepes phenomenon, the collection offers a lasting record on the Bitcoin blockchain.
